The Next Chapter bookstore found its home nestled in the heart of Omaha in 2019. This unique woman-owned independent bookstore is the product of my family's legacy in bookselling, now spanning nearly 50 years and has become a lifelong dream realized. I wanted to create a store that is not only a place to purchase books and gifts, but also a vibrant hub where people can gather, share, and grow together; a haven for book lovers, a warm space where people can find solace in stories, discover new ideas, and connect with fellow readers and authors in a welcoming and relaxing environment.
